What is your return policy?

Our products are made to order; due to this, we cannot accept exchanges or returns. You will be responsible for reshipment charges in cases of returned items due to an invalid address. In the event that your order arrives damaged or misprinted, we will either refund you for the damaged item(s) or resend the item(s) to you free of charge. The requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the order. Please email with your order number and photos of the damaged or misprinted item(s), so we can assist you further. 

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs are determined by your location and method of shipping. Before finalizing your order, you will be able to review your shipping and handling costs. 

For International Shipments, our shipping fees do not include duties, taxes, or customs, but these may be added separately during delivery. 

When will I receive my order?

Some of our products are made to order through a drop shipping service, so please allow 5-7 business days for complete processing. Once your order has been shipped and received by the carrier, you will receive a tracking number to track the progress of your package. Items may ship separately.

International packages may be subject to taxes and duties in your local country. 

Please note: Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

Credit card purchases are processed by Shopify Payments, a leading online payment gateway. Shopify Payments is used worldwide. This system ensures secure credit card transactions. To further safeguard our customers' information, we do not store credit card information.
