What is a JUMP THE LINE Request?

A "JUMP THE LINE" request allows you to submit a song reaction request. Requests are limited to 7 minutes per song. The typical turnaround time is about one week. As a tiered member—whether through this site or on Patreon—you’ll receive priority access to your request, usually within a week.

Please note: Due to copyright restrictions, most song requests will not appear on YouTube until copyright clearance is granted, which typically occurs within 30 days.

If your video is fully blocked on YouTube, you will be notified directly, and access will be provided through this website or Patreon, ensuring you can still view your request.

When will my order ship?

The majority of our products are now fulfilled through a drop shipping service. To help reduce costs and minimize waste, all items are made to order rather than mass-produced.

Please allow 7–10 business days for order processing. As items may ship from different locations, your order could arrive in multiple packages.

You will receive tracking information by email once your order has been processed and is ready to ship.

*Business days refer to weekdays only and do not include weekends or holidays. 

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide! Shipping times and costs vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. International deliveries typically take between 7 to 21 business days, but this can vary based on customs processing and local postal services. Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking information via email so you can monitor its progress.

Please note that customs fees, taxes, or import duties may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient. We recommend checking your country’s regulations before placing an order.

How does shipping work for sticker orders? 

Use code STICKERFREESHIP at checkout to get free USPS First-Class® Letter Mail shipping on all U.S. orders containing only stickers, bookmarks, or magnets. Orders are processed within 3–5 business days and shipped via USPS First-Class® Letter Mail without tracking.

Estimated delivery is 1–5 business days but can take up to 14 business days due to various factors. Your order will usually arrive in a black or brown envelope—please check your mailbox carefully.

We are not responsible for lost or delayed mail. For tracked and insured shipping, please choose the paid shipping option at checkout.

What is your return and exchange policy?

We want to make sure you love our products, and quality is guaranteed. If there is a print error or visible quality issue, we'll replace or refund it. For any quality issues, be sure to provide clear photos of the products on a flat, well-lit surface and include this in your email to us at contact@support.abthekreator.com. This quick and simple step will help us provide a speedy resolution.

All items are made to order, so we do not accept returns or exchanges for general or sizing-related issues.

How do Membership Subscriptions work?

Membership subscriptions give you access to exclusive content, early releases, and priority features.

Membership subscriptions are non-refundable. You can cancel your membership at any time via your Billing page. Please note that cancellations will take effect after your current membership subscription period ends. 

How can I send donations or tips?

Donations and tips can be sent through the designated links on our website or PayPal. These contributions help support content creation, equipment upgrades, and overall channel growth. While tipping is completely optional, it’s always appreciated!

Donations and tips are non-refundable. Once you have completed your checkout payment, we cannot cancel or refund your donation or tips.
